Personal AI Secretary is a private AI assistant currently intended for use by its owner.
The application uses Google OAuth to access Gmail with read-only permission.
The application may search, retrieve and process email messages and email threads when requested by the authorized user.
The application does not use Gmail permission to send, modify or delete email.
Google user data is used only to provide requested Personal AI Secretary functionality, such as searching, reading, summarizing and analyzing email.
Email content may be sent to the OpenAI API when AI processing is required to provide a requested response.
Google user data is not sold and is not used for advertising.
OAuth credentials are stored on a protected private server and are not included in the application's public source code.
The application is designed not to place email bodies in its security audit logs. Gmail remains the source of truth for email data.
The user may revoke the application's Google Account access at any time through Google Account security settings.
